  • Designing and developing RF circuits and systems, including amplifiers, filters, and antennas.
  • Performing hands-on testing and troubleshooting of RF systems using a range of equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
  • Developing and implementing test procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems with other EGSE components.
  • Designing and developing software-defined radio (SDR) systems and interfaces, including waveform development and testing.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging RF system issues, using a range of tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on hands-on testing and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of RF circuit design, including amplifiers, filters, and antennas.
  • Experience with RF test and measurement equipment, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
  • U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
  • Experience with EGSE systems and applications.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Experience with software-defined radio (SDR) systems and interfaces, including waveform development and testing.
  • Experience with phases of product lifecycle (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR, and TRR).
  • Using tools such as Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS, AWR Microwave Office, or similar tool packages.
  • Certification and training as a Certified Principal Engineer (CPE), Responsible Engineer, or equivalent.
  • RF and/or digital payload test measurement techniques.
  • Architecture, integration, and test of Electronically Steerable Arrays (ESA), Radar Systems, RF and/or digital payloads, Telemetry Tracking & Command (TT&C), or missile communications subsystems.
  • Development of Analog/Digital interfaces.
  • Designing active components, such as Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), hybrids, Linearized Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (LTWTAs), Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs), Oscillators, frequency converters, etc.
  • Experience in managing research or design projects.
  • EGSE Design experience.
