About The Position

You will be the RF Engineer - Level 4 for the IFG Electronic Warfare team which is responsible for advancing F‑22 Raptor survivability and mission effectiveness. What You Will Be Doing As the RF Engineer - Level 4 you will be responsible for integrating, testing, and analyzing RF subsystems that enable electronic‑warfare capabilities across the product lifecycle. Your work will directly support key program milestones, sustainment, and modernization initiatives. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Requirements

  • STEM degree in an applicable field from an accredited school
  • Ability to obtain an F-22 clearance
  • Experience with RF sensors or subsystems
  • Experience with RF test equipment and/or simulation tools
  • Technical writing experience (SSOWs, BOEs, ICD, PRD/PIPS, etc.)
  • Experience leading small technical teams across product lifecycle
  • Experience leading or presenting technical reviews and boards
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Active F-22 clearance
  • Experience reviewing supplier/vendor data results to show compliance with RF engineering requirements
  • F-16 avionics experience and 5th GEN IPT experience (engineering and/or military avionics experience)
  • Prior experience with RF Sensor or Active Module/Subsystems full lifecycle
  • Experience in an avionics lab, writing and executing test plans

Responsibilities

  • Support lab and flight test activities for RF subsystems.
  • Review supplier data and ensure compliance with performance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test reports and analysis notes.
  • Present test results and system performance at technical reviews.
  • Collaborate with IPTs, suppliers, and customers to drive solutions and meet schedule commitments.
