Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Summer 2026 Intern RF Engineer (Antenna Design). In this role, you will conduct research and development efforts associated with antennas, radomes, frequency selective surface (FSS), and RF hardware integration. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of electromagnetic theory and in RF hardware prototyping/manufacturing. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical major
Coursework in Electromagnetic Theory
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Nice To Haves

Background in design of antennas and/or radomes
Basic knowledge of industry design and analysis tools such as HFSS, Microwave Studio, FEKO, MatLab, and Knowbell
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
