About The Position
The Advanced Packaging and PCB Modeling Engineer at HRL Laboratories is responsible for designing and validating models for packages, interposers, and printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in signal chain simulations. This role is integral to the Mixed Signal Solutions department, focusing on the design and integration of advanced mixed-signal systems, including customized integrated circuits (ICs) and specialized PCBs. The engineer will simulate electromagnetic performance characteristics and generate equivalent broadband models to predict future performance, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and efficiency.
