About The Position

Parsons is seeking a talented Associate RF Electrical Engineer to join our growing team! In this role, you will be analyzing and reverse engineering adversarial (threat) RF and Radar Systems and Subsystems to understand operation, capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities to give our warfighters a strategic edge on the battlefield. You will work alongside a team of experienced SMEs and technicians in sensors, aerodynamics, guidance, navigation, controls, warheads, RF communications, and command and control in order to provide system level analysis. Your responsibilities will include optimizing RF designs for performance, conducting field tests to evaluate the performance of RF systems in real-world conditions, and applying lab testing, theoretical knowledge, and technical experience to produce All-Source assessments of weapon systems. You will also stay up to date with the latest advancements in RF technology and incorporate new techniques and tools into your work. Additionally, you will solve antenna design and analysis problems using simulation tools like FEKO to ensure optimal performance and integration into RF systems, and work closely with the customer to understand and deliver quality products that accomplish the mission. Finally, you will communicate technical understanding through presentations and sourced technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Must be a US citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Strong theoretical understanding of Electromagnetics, Analog, and Digital Signal Processing.
  • Proficiency in C++, Python, and/or Matlab.
  • Organized and self-motivated.
  • Able to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Secret Clearance; TS/SCI Preferred.
