Our Crane Microwave division is renowned for its expertise in RF and microwave technologies, supporting critical missions with integrated microwave assemblies, GPS subsystems, and space-qualified components that are trusted by leading defense and aerospace original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The RF Design Engineer Manager will drive cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class RF, Microwave and mmW integrated solutions (IMAs). These IMAs will include RF, Power management, Digital, developed on PWB and Mechanical housing. Responsibilities will include Proposal, Specification definition, design, testing and characterizing prototypes in the lab, presenting design results, and participating in design reviews. This role plays a critical role in managing our high-performance RF teams, drive customer presentations and technology roadmap. The RF Design Manager is also a top hands-on contributor who works autonomously under limited supervision. Exposure to defense application including responsibility for technical proposals, prototype to production, performance, customer presentations, schedule, and cost requirements is desired. Will have expert knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures of assigned product or program.
