Rework Specialist
About The Position
Electronic assembler and re-work technician. This includes hand assembly and disassembly of SMT components. Extensive experience working in R&D Department. Excellent skills in rework of BGA or small footprint components. Assist in Hardware Debug down to component level of prototype boards. Work very well in a team environment. Able to demonstrate and understand the interpretation and creation of electronic schematics, technical drawings and flow diagrams. Excellent soldering/de-soldering techniques, work under microscope. Knowledgeable of the ECN process, implementing ECN to boards, writing ECN procedures and releasing ECN as necessary. Able to set up and configure a microcomputer using available operating systems and software packages. Responsible to maintain a clean, safe, well, organized work area with adequate supplies for the engineering hardware lab.
Requirements
- 1-5 years experience in a hardware rework/assembler rote, relative position or engineering environment
