About The Position

We’re looking for a RevOps Specialist (IC3) to help scale our revenue engine and drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while collaborating closely with Finance. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue that ensures our go-to-market teams are aligned, data-driven, and equipped to make smarter decisions. You’ll work cross-functionally to design, manage, and optimize the systems, processes, and reporting that fuel growth. This is an opportunity to shape how Yembo grows, by enabling more predictable revenue, improving funnel efficiency, and ensuring our teams have the insights and tools they need to succeed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategy and action.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and familiarity with automation, sequencing, reporting, and dashboard tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across teams.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote environment.
  • Experience designing and improving processes that scale.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve operational efficiency and alignment across the entire revenue cycle, specifically pipeline management.
  • Own key systems and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo (or similar software), reporting dashboards) to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
  • Analyze revenue performance metrics (pipeline, conversion, retention, churn) and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Assist with contract submission (preparing order forms, coordinating approvals, submitting finalized contracts into internal systems)
  • Calculate commissions
  • Creating dashboards to report on sales, customer success, and other business metrics
  • Using Coefficient.io or other similar tools to connect production data and other data sources to/from CRM and automate reporting workflows
  • Design, document, and continuously improve workflows and processes to reduce friction and drive scalability.
  • Support forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning to enable effective decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between teams and clear accountability across stages of the customer journey.
  • Drive adoption and training for go-to-market systems and best practices.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives that improve how Yembo attracts, retains, and grows customers.
