About The Position
Colwill Engineering, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Revit Modeler to join our team in Tampa, FL. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range and is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to the design and modeling of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across various construction projects. Our company has a rich history of over thirty years in the construction industry, providing a unique blend of services that include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design, as well as turnkey solutions and low voltage cabling system design and installation. We pride ourselves on our hands-on construction knowledge, which allows us to deliver constructible and cost-effective designs that maximize project value. As a Revit Modeler, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of MEP construction documents, working closely with engineers, designers, architects, and contractors. Your responsibilities will include the layout of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems, ensuring that all designs meet project specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of Revit, particularly in MEP, although experience in Revit Architecture will also be considered. You will be expected to demonstrate good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to company procedures and standards.
