About The Position

SpeedPro Omaha’s SWING Design services (Signage, Wayfinding, Information, Navigation, and Graphics) is seeking a Revit-savvy Architectural or MEP professional to support the production of signage, wayfinding, and equipment labeling documentation for large-scale technical, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. This role collaborates with Project Managers and Design Leads to translate architectural and engineering models into coordination-focused, programming-ready Revit signage plans. It is well suited for an experienced BIM professional seeking flexible, project-driven work on technically complex facilities with clearly defined scopes.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering plan sets.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu and QA/QC workflows.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity of building code requirements and standards including ADA, NFPA, IBC, OSHA, ANSI, and ISO.
  • Background in architectural graphics or experiential graphic design.
  • Understanding of sign fabrication materials and mounting methods.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Revit models for signage, wayfinding, and MEP equipment labeling.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary worksets to generate standardized sheet views.
  • Produce signage and wayfinding design and construction documentation for large-scale facilities.
  • Develop Revit families and signage sheets for site campuses, primary buildings, ancillary structures, and full interior fit-outs.
  • Use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for collaboration and export workflows.
  • Interpret and coordinate architectural and engineering documents.
  • Identify signage locations and produce associated schedules from complex design and construction data.
  • Support signage programming using room/space naming conventions and wayfinding logic.
