About The Position
As a new home construction company, we are looking for an AutoCAD/Revit drafter to join our team! The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in drawing residential new construction homes using AutoCAD/Revit software and be able to integrate Revit into unit counts and estimating. You will be required to meet with customers and employees to discuss design concepts for CAD models, develop product designs, and produce detailed drawings, models, and plans for houses. This role is crucial in ensuring that our designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to industry standards. In this position, you will create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and other drafting software. You will prepare accurate and precise technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and revising drawings based on feedback and changes in design requirements, maintaining organized records of all drawings and related documentation, and assisting in the development of design concepts and prototypes.
