About The Position

ThreeFlow is looking for a Manager to join the Revenue Strategy and Operations team to help ensure our go-to-market (GTM) engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our Revenue teams have the data-driven playbooks and process support to achieve maximum revenue growth. This role reports to the Director of Revenue of Strategy and Operations, and will work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Data. ThreeFlow is a distributed company, and this role is open to candidates located within the United States.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting, with strong skills in analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, SQL) and CRM/GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with a mindset for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Business acumen and understanding of SaaS business models and revenue drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Align GTM teams: Partner across Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Data to ensure shared priorities and smooth handoffs throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making: Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and forecasts that give leadership visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and revenue outcomes.
  • Build and optimize processes: Evaluate and improve workflows (e.g., lead routing, deal management, renewals) to remove friction and improve efficiency.
  • Manage tools and data: Support the evolution of our GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) and ensure data integrity for accurate insights.
  • Support revenue planning: Contribute to forecasting, territory/account design, incentive plan administration, and other key revenue-driving programs.
  • Drive growth and efficiency: Identify levers that shorten sales cycles, improve retention, and unlock scalable growth.
