Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in employee benefits, insurance administration, operations support, revenue operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming commission statements, ensure documents are complete, and route information to appropriate internal systems.
  • Maintain organized records of revenue‑related activity and ensure documentation remains current and easy to reference.
  • Assist in preparing service‑related invoices and distributing them to the appropriate teams for follow‑up.
  • Track ongoing administrative expenses, confirm alignment with established agreements, and escalate inconsistencies as needed.
  • Coordinate with account teams, carriers, and operations partners to clarify missing information or resolve discrepancies.
  • Support scheduled audits and internal reviews by gathering data, preparing summaries, and ensuring files are audit‑ready.
  • Update tracking logs, spreadsheets, and tools used to monitor commissions, expenses, and other operational data points.
  • Compile recurring operational reports and assist leadership with ad‑hoc data requests.
  • Identify process gaps or recurring issues and recommend improvements that support efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to routine administrative tasks that help keep operations organized and running smoothly.
  • Process, track, and reconcile direct bill commission statements.
  • Validate commission amounts against expected revenue and client agreements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate financial records for audit readiness.
