About The Position

The Revenue Specialist position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week, located in Malden, MA. The successful candidate is expected to adhere to Triangle's policies and procedures, act as a role model, perform duties as workload necessitates, maintain a positive and respectful attitude, and communicate regularly with their supervisor. They must demonstrate flexible and efficient time management, prioritize workload, consistently report to work on time, meet department productivity standards, and safeguard sensitive and confidential data.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with a variety of personalities
  • Good working knowledge of computer operating systems specifically windows is required
  • Standard business application software experiences must include MS office and the ability to read and comprehend basic legal contracts
  • Display highly motivated attitude, and ability to meet deadlines
  • 3-5 Years' experience with performance-based contracts
  • Experience and knowledge of a DDS environment required
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Massachusetts Driver's License and clean driving record required
  • Travel required
  • Ability to verbally communicate
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and write documents
  • Ability to respond and navigate common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies, or family members

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and oversight of contracts with state, local and private funding sources
  • Preparing, updating, maintaining and renewing approximately 30 contracts with various state offices
  • Understand various types of services that clients receive and their relationship to billing contracts
  • Support and monitor all third-party billing at each of the sites
  • Maintain and update roster database for billing and utilization
  • Prepare and maintain credentialing application for billing purposes
  • Representative payee and social security liaison overseeing the calculations and payments for charges of care
  • Responsible for the administration of Section 8, HUD and SNAP programs
  • Generate and review billing reports from the electronic health record and billing software
  • Prepare and analyze statistical productivity data
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned
