About The Position
The Revenue Specialist I serves as the first point of contact for customer billing issues and past due balances. This role is crucial in ensuring timely repayment plans are established and that collection efforts are executed correctly to minimize revenue loss. The specialist will monitor and resolve past due balances, ensure new customers are set up correctly for billing, and research billing and payment inquiries as needed.
