Employees can choose between single or family coverage for health insurance with affordable co-payments. The wellness program provides annual benefits for certain services with no deductible. Life insurance coverage is provided at two times the employee's annual salary, up to a maximum of $100,000. Employees also have access to discounted premiums for dental, vision, and cancer insurance. Paid personal leave and sick leave are accrued after one month of employment, with full-time employees earning approximately 18 days of personal leave and 12 days of sick leave annually. Military leave is granted in accordance with federal law, and employees receive up to 10 paid holidays each year. The retirement program includes both defined benefit and defined contribution options, with vesting after 8 years. Employees can also participate in a deferred compensation plan and are eligible for tuition reimbursement for higher education. Career development opportunities are available through various training programs and promotional opportunities are offered after 6 months of service.
