Responsibilities include providing second level support for work queues and denials (may approve/ deny), quality review of data, and reviews work flow management to help improve department efficiencies. Will serve as a resource by being a first level of support to staff, resolving concerns/ issues, and training new hires; working through onboarding checklists. Generates reports and audit activities and vendor payor activities. Will identify trends and investigate discrepancies ,providing resolution when needed. This position will participate in projects as assigned.
