  • Oversee supervisors and customer service staff in recovering uncollected, unreported, and unpaid debts.
  • Provide technical tax information and tax registration functions to the public.
  • Conduct conferences with taxpayers to resolve complex tax cases.
  • Manage facilities and budget for the service centers.
  • Ensure compliance with state laws, rules, and Department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional setting and image for employees.
