About The Position

Kurv is hiring a Revenue Retention Specialist to protect and grow merchant relationships. Using AI-powered insights, you’ll identify at-risk merchants, resolve issues quickly, and recommend solutions like Dual Pricing, equipment upgrades, and financing to drive long-term success.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in customer service, sales, retention, or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, goal-driven, and resilient

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Contact at-risk merchants to prevent churn
  • Conduct business health check calls and identify opportunities
  • Be first line of defense for cancellation requests
  • Use consultative selling to solve root problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams for fast issue resolution
  • Negotiate win-win outcomes that keep merchants profitable
  • Turn frustrated merchants into advocates through exceptional service and problem-solving
  • Deploy programs like Dual Pricing, equipment upgrades, and financing
