About The Position

The Revenue, Pricing, and Margin (RPM) Analyst supports the profitable growth of Belle Tire by owning day-to-day pricing operations, competitive intelligence, and operational execution of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) initiatives. This role provides broader support across category marketing and operations, ensuring consistent execution of strategies set by the Director. The RPM Analyst plays a key role in delivering data accuracy, pricing discipline, promotional execution, and commercial insights that drive business performance.

Requirements

  • Analytical background with demonstrated experience in pricing, forecasting, or category management Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL, R/Python (R preferred), or equivalent analytical tools
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations within Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent quantitative field
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Ability to clearly & articulate present in front of cross-functional groups
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Experience in retail, automotive, or consumer product pricing preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain tire price scraping tools, minimum advertised pricing (MAP), and competitive benchmarks
  • Execute active maintenance and optimization of day-to-day tire pricing
  • Execute assortment and product positioning decisions by size, tier, and segment
  • Develop margin guidelines and monitor adherence (evolving responsibility over 6+ months) Implement special pricing strategy playbooks as directed
  • Complete ad hoc data analyses to support strategic pricing decisions
  • Manage pricing-related operational impact including lost margin, realization reporting, and opportunity tracking
  • Assist marketing by analyzing sales offers, providing debriefs, and assessing promotion performance
  • Assist in media impact and digital sales analyses
  • Support research into add-on sales opportunities and optimization strategies
  • Lead initiative tracking and dashboard maintenance aligned with business KPIs
  • Support integration of pricing and margin analytics with business financials
  • Contribute to clean data governance and category definitions
