About The Position

VitalEdge is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager who is equal parts strategist, operator, and problem solver. This role is critical to enabling our go-to-market (GTM) engine to scale. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure our CRM and GTM systems run seamlessly, our data and insights are trusted, and our processes drive predictable, sustainable revenue growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine analytical rigor, process design, and cross-functional leadership to improve decision-making, enhance efficiency, and accelerate revenue performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B organization
  • Advanced CRM expertise (Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) with a track record of improving adoption and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Proven project management experience, delivering initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic operator who can connect GTM strategy to execution
  • Strong organizational skills; adept at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Ability to simplify complexity—making insights clear and actionable
  • Comfortable with change; thrives in evolving systems and processes
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a bias toward action

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS / recurring revenue business model experience
  • Experience in private equity–backed or high-growth environments
  • Hands-on with GTM tech stack (CRM, CPQ, Gong, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Background in competitive intelligence, win/loss programs, or strategic consulting
  • Familiarity with automation, data integration, and ETL tools
  • Demonstrated ability to scale processes and operations in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrity of our CRM (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, etc.); design workflows that ensure clean, reliable data across GTM teams
  • Build and optimize dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, win/loss, and revenue leakage; deliver actionable insights that drive accountability and results
  • Define, document, and enforce GTM processes (deal desk, forecasting workflows, data governance, request intake). Ensure adoption and consistency
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and stage definitions; provide visibility into risks and opportunities
  • Lead GTM tech stack strategy (CRM, CPQ, Gong, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.); drive adoption, training, and ongoing enhancements
  • Partner with leadership to scope and deliver Revenue Operations projects that align with company growth priorities
  • Drive collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to ensure a unified approach to growth
  • Lead projects end-to-end—set clear milestones, track deliverables, manage stakeholders, and communicate progress
  • Implement consistent tracking, analyze themes, and surface insights that improve sales effectiveness and product positioning
