Want to lead the optimization of our entire revenue stream? Become the essential Revenue Operations Manager responsible for mastering the systems and processes that drive our end-to-end order-to-revenue lifecycle! This pivotal role ensures the operational effectiveness and revenue integrity of every new product and pricing model we introduce. You will be accountable for meticulous pricing setup, coordinating new product reviews, and acting as the central execution stakeholder on system integration projects. Your primary mission is to guarantee that all solutions rigidly adhere to ASC 606 guidelines while building the foundation for scalable, highly efficient business operations.

  • Manage the operational setup for new products and services, processing and validating new offerings/part numbers to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting from inception.
  • Execute and support pricing implementation within revenue systems, coordinating inputs and ensuring accurate application of Standalone Selling Price (SSP) logic and maintenance of standard deal structures.
  • Act as the core Revenue Operations resource for key system integration projects (e.g., upgrades, new platforms). Participate in requirement gathering and UAT testing to ensure smooth order-to-revenue transitions.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between Finance, IS, Sales Operations, and Product teams to resolve operational issues and coordinate the order-to-revenue workflow.
  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Execute and maintain SOX 404 controls and actively support the month-end revenue close process through data validation and system reconciliation.
  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Accounting, Finance Operations, or a similar role, with a focus on systems and process execution.
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 and its application in a systems environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP (e.g., Oracle) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) systems is required.
  • Proficiency in data handling and analysis, including Advanced Excel skills, is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute tasks for cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate operational issues and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • A high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience with revenue automation or BI tools (e.g., RevPro, DOMO) is a plus.
  • Strong interest and aptitude to learn and leverage new technology (including AI tools).
