About The Position

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to help build and scale the operational foundation supporting our global go-to-market organization. This role will support both the IoT and Automotive business units, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Legal to improve the processes and operational infrastructure that enable effective revenue execution. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and process-oriented, with the ability to think strategically while also driving execution. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building structure where it doesn’t yet exist. This role is based in our Chicago office and supports a global organization, requiring collaboration across teams in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles supporting go-to-market teams
  • Experience working in technology-driven organizations with complex sales processes and cross-functional commercial operations
  • Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to own workstreams and drive initiatives independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to work across a global organization, including occasional early or late calls to collaborate with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in IoT, telecommunications, connected devices, or automotive technology industries
  • Experience working in high-growth or scaling technology companies
  • Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes that support Aeris’ global go-to-market organization.
  • Establish and manage Deal Desk workflows, including deal reviews, pricing approvals, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Define and implement pipeline governance and opportunity management standards to improve sales execution and operational consistency.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to ensure alignment across commercial processes.
  • Support pipeline visibility and forecasting inputs, working with sales leadership and finance to improve operational insight into business performance.
  • Implement operational workflows that support deal execution, contract readiness, and revenue processes.
  • Establish and maintain sales operating cadences, including weekly deal reviews and pipeline inspections.
  • Identify and drive operational improvements that increase sales productivity and process clarity.
