About the Role We are seeking a highly strategic and analytically strong Revenue Operations Manager to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of core initiatives that drive performance across our global Direct Sales organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy design, program leadership, and cross-functional execution—responsible for creating strategic programs and ensuring they deliver measurable, sustained impact. You will operate as a thought partner to Sales Leadership, drive business-critical analyses, architect scalable sales programs, and oversee structured execution across multiple teams. This role requires excellent executive communication, strong business judgment, and the ability to independently lead complex, high-visibility initiatives in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success designing, launching, and managing large-scale sales programs or strategic initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of SaaS sales motions, pipeline dynamics, forecasting, and productivity drivers.
  • Advanced analytical capability—expert in Excel/Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills; proven ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Strong project management expertise with experience leading multi-workstream, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design and leadership of core Direct Sales programs—from concept creation and modeling to launch, optimization, measurement, and retirement.
  • Facilitate strategic alignment with Sales, Finance, Operations, and GTM leadership to ensure programs accelerate revenue outcomes and seller productivity.
  • Establish program governance, operating cadences, KPIs, communication plans, and stakeholder alignment across global teams.
  • Develop and present executive-level insights, including performance analysis, predictive modeling, scenario planning, and ROI measurement.
  • Identify structural opportunities (e.g., segmentation, productivity, coverage, prioritization) and build strategic recommendations to influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Define and own the measurement framework for program success, partnering with Revenue Intelligence on dashboards, data quality, and reporting enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional project management for large-scale sales initiatives involving Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, Product, and CS.
  • Ensure launch readiness by coordinating training, communications, workflow design, and system readiness.
  • Champion continuous improvement—driving process modernization, automation opportunities, and operational agility and scalability across programs.
  • Own and deliver global cross-functional strategic projects that impact sales productivity and revenue acceleration (e.g., pilot designs, territory strategy, quota levers, incentive mechanisms).
  • Guide change management for new sales motions and programs, ensuring adoption, clarity, and consistent execution across the field.
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations and lead structured optimization cycles or sunsetting of legacy programs.
