About the position

The Revenue Operations Manager at SewerAI will lead operations for the Go-To-Market teams, collaborating closely with the VP of Sales and other leadership members. This role focuses on driving analytics and providing data-driven insights to enhance outreach performance, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Use forecasting and in-depth analyses to build sales compensation models and inform OKR-setting.
  • Drive the sales planning cycle by setting and tracking quota targets across various Sales teams.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce environment, managing custom objects, workflows, and automation tools.
  • Build out compensation structures for new partnerships and customer segments.
  • Manage integrations with third-party applications, ensuring data consistency and troubleshooting issues.
  • Create dashboards for compensation tracking and payouts that inform improvement of the sales commission models.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and Finance to facilitate accurate and timely commission payouts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar field.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS B2B start-up environment.
  • Proven track record of developing analysis, insights, and recommendations for a sales organization.
  • Experience in analyzing and executing across a wide variety of pricing, packaging, deal structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Expertise and certifications with CRM systems (Hubspot and Salesforce) and proficiency in sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce certifications, including experience with CPQ.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Salesforce Dashboards, Looker, Tableau.
