About The Position

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, and in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita’s revenue and improve bottom-line performance.

Requirements

• Strong leadership foundation with experience in coaching and training.
• Ability to manage request inventory and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with Tableau development and data visualization.
• Strong foundational business/revenue cycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts focused on driving thoughtful and meaningful insights to key business problems through data visualization.
• Coach, lead, and train Analysts to grow their skillsets.
• Manage request inventory and stakeholders, providing proactive communication, prioritizing appropriately, and meeting targeted deadlines.
• Develop meaningful analytical insights using Tableau and strong data visualization skills.
• Challenge the status quo to identify and support transformative change.
• Provide thought-partnership to other ROPS teams, offering options, considerations, and recommendations from a data perspective.
• Communicate thoughtfully and concisely to senior leaders.
