About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to help drive efficiency, visibility, and alignment across our go-to-market teams. This individual will play a key role in managing our sales and marketing systems, optimizing revenue processes, and delivering actionable insights that inform decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Systems roles
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce Reports, Excel, Looker, or Tableau
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with multiple teams
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the company’s CRM and related revenue systems, ensuring consistent and effective usage across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Develop and manage reporting and analytics to support pipeline forecasting, campaign performance, and GTM KPIs
  • Drive data integrity and governance efforts to ensure clean, reliable, and actionable data
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the customer lifecycle to improve efficiency and conversion rates
  • Support go-to-market teams with lead routing, territory planning, sales enablement, and campaign execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, define business requirements, and deliver system enhancements
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate tools across the revenue tech stack to support growth at scale
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for internal users of revenue systems
