About The Position
Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a Private Equity backed SaaS company to identify a Manager of Revenue Operations to join their growing team. This is a remote position. The company is a growing SaaS organization with nearly $20 million in revenue, transitioning from an entrepreneurial stage environment to a more sophisticated financial organization. The company has shown impressive growth, being profitable and achieving a 25% increase in revenue last year, with forecasts indicating a further growth of 20-25% this year. As the Manager of Revenue Operations, you will serve as the right hand to the CFO, leveraging your deep understanding of government contracts and revenue operations to drive strategic initiatives and optimize revenue processes. Your role will involve leading the development and execution of revenue operations strategies that support business growth and scalability. You will oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies, and develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts using Excel. In addition, you will manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM to improve sales efficiency and data accuracy, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to streamline contract workflows and reduce revenue leakage, and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making. You will also lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving revenue operations processes and systems.
