  • Support key strategic initiatives within the Revenue Operations team, focusing on optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and enhancing training resources.
  • Conduct research and develop best practices for the usage of AI within the sales organization, focusing on practical and executable implementations.
  • Support analysis and optimization of sales stages and processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Research and recommend sales incentive strategies tailored to unique segments (Mid-Market, Enterprise, Direct Sales, Channel, and Overlay).
  • Assist in developing strategies for international and global scaling and rollout.
  • Contribute to projects related to credit and collections processes.
  • Collaborate on strategic account planning initiatives, analyzing and refining current approaches.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the sales tech stack, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain an organized enablement resource library, including updating and creating Spekit entries.
  • Produce training videos and new enablement materials, including platform walkthroughs and SOP documentation.
  • Assist with the rollout of sales fundamentals training and process/product rollouts, ensuring clear communication and adoption.
  • Create asynchronous training content for new hire onboarding and fundamental sales courses, integrating them into existing training frameworks.
  • Leverage instructional design and adult learning principles to enhance training effectiveness, if applicable to your background.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Strategy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
  • Experience with training content creation tools (e.g., Spekit, LMS systems, video editing software) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
