About The Position

The Life Fitness / Hammer Strength Internship Program 2026 is now accepting applicants in their junior and senior year. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as summer interns. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Revenue Operations (Data Analytics), develop valuable skills, and contribute to Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's mission and goals. Successful applicants will be assigned meaningful and challenging work suitable for their background. The program advisor(s) and mentors will meet with you regularly to identify and develop your summer objectives. This position is paid, based in the Chicagoland area and will run for approximately 13 weeks. NOT AVAILABLE FOR REMOTE OPPORTUNITY.

Requirements

  • Must be local to Chicagoland area
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program, graduating in 2027 or 2028
  • Strong academic standing preferred, minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Initiative, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt well to different situations and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge about CRM tools / salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a business-critical analytics project with measurable impact on revenue operations
  • Assist in evaluating and refining the 2026 North American Sales Incentive Plan as part of a mid-year review process
  • Support the development and automation of performance reporting for the sales team, including: Revenue vs. targets and prior year benchmarks, Margin performance analysis, and Pricing trends and variances
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and perform data cleansing within our CRM system
  • Participate in the design and delivery of pricing and revenue dashboards to drive data-informed decision-making
  • Work closely with mentors and team members to complete day-to-day tasks within the Revenue Operations function
  • Engage in a 13-week cross-functional group case study project, culminating in a final presentation to senior leaders and key stakeholders
  • Attend regular team and department meetings to gain exposure to the broader business and share progress updates
