About The Position

As a Boats Group Revenue Operations (RevOps) Intern, you will support cross-functional initiatives that improve systems, processes, and data used by Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, FSBO, and internal Salesforce administrators. This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical individual who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working with business systems (especially Salesforce), and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Over the summer, you'll work on meaningful projects, tackle daily product challenges, and collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to deliver value to our customers and business.

Requirements

  • Majors that are likely to be successful: Engineering (any, but especially Mechanical, Industrial, or Multidisciplinary with a desire to work in business teams) Computer Science (with interest in business systems or operations) Business Management / Business Administration (with strong computer skills)
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: Ability to understand how work gets done today and envision how it should work tomorrow.
  • Intellectual Curiosity : Willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and dig into the “why” behind workflows.

  • Work Authorization : Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Local to Miami : To guarantee a seamless and enriching experience, candidates must be based in Miami, FL. (Relocation not accepted.)

Responsibilities

  • Business Systems & Process Support Assist in analyzing current business processes across Sales, Account Management, AdOps, and FSBO teams.
  • Document workflows, pain points, and system usage to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Help implement approved process or system changes and support user adoption.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of system updates.
  • Salesforce Support & Optimization Support the Revenue Operations team in maintaining and improving the Salesforce platform.
  • Assist with configuration updates, documentation, and usability improvements under guidance from senior team members.
  • Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving Contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency, reporting, and system usability.
  • Support discovery efforts by gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions, and synthesizing feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Support Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to understand how systems are used day-to-day and train users as updates are made.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and learnings clearly to project leads and teammates.
