About The Position

The Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Tait's Revenue Operations team by delivering actionable insights that drive strategic growth and operational efficiency. Working closely with the RevOps Manager, CRM Specialist, and other analysts, this role ensures data integrity, builds dashboards, and provides analytics to enable data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Tait's dynamic environment-shaped by organic growth and acquisitions-requires robust analytics to integrate new business units and refine processes. This position is central to aligning commercial strategies with accurate, timely, and insightful data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in revenue operations or sales operations.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), CRM systems (Salesforce), and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with sales processes, marketing funnels, and revenue metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor revenue performance, pipeline health, and funnel conversion.
  • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success data to identify trends, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights to support strategic planning, annual business planning, and forecasting cycles.
  • Track lead-to-revenue conversion rates and funnel effectiveness.
  • Support lead scoring, segmentation, and attribution modeling to improve targeting and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize funnel creation and visibility.
  • Assist in building forecasting models and scenario analyses to support revenue planning.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide variance analysis against targets.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and reporting systems.
  • Support compliance with the Global Sales Process and pricing governance standards.
  • Work closely with the RevOps Manager and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Provide analytical support for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and leadership meetings.
