This role directly impacts rep productivity, leadership decision-making, and partner trust. You won’t be hidden behind dashboards—you’ll be working directly with sales teams and leadership every single week. The Role This is a frontline Revenue Ops role for someone who likes being in the mix. You’ll be the connective tissue between Sales, Partnerships, Demand Gen Marketing, and GTM systems—keeping the engine running, fixing what breaks, and making sure leadership has clean, reliable data to make decisions. If you’re the kind of person who sees chaos and thinks “I can clean this up”, you’ll do well here. This role sits squarely inside the Revenue Operations team and supports both field and inside sales. You’ll be trusted early, expected to move fast, and relied on heavily.
