About The Position

The Revenue Operations Analytics and Business Insights Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, and in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita’s revenue and improve bottom-line performance. As a Manager of Analytics, you will lead a team of Analysts focused on driving thoughtful and meaningful insights to key business problems through data visualization, data analytics, and actionable insight generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience leading others.
• Experience analyzing business operations, data, or processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
• 5-10 years of total work experience in progressive roles.
• Experience or degree in a healthcare related field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts focused on driving insights through data visualization and analytics.
• Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage request inventory and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
• Improve workflow processes and support teammates.
• Develop meaningful analytical insights using Tableau and data visualization.
• Challenge the status quo to identify and support transformative change.
• Provide thought-partnership to other Revenue Operations teams.
