About The Position

Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
  • A detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive and execute initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas and problems into straightforward, actionable recommendations, especially to executives.

Nice To Haves

  • SQL experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Previous 0-1 startup or operational experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end GTM processes, including building pricing proposals, developing customer presentations, and delivering financial analyses to enable team success.
  • Analyze, optimize and implement sales territories for fast growing sales team.
  • Work with pricing, legal, operations, sales, and finance team to identify inefficiencies in current GTM operations and design scalable solutions to help Sierra scale.
  • Serve as a versatile and proactive team player, taking on both foundational tasks and high-impact strategic initiatives that enable the GTM team’s success.
