The Work What the Team Does The Salesforce Support Team at Lexipol drives operational excellence by maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem that underpins our Go-to-Market (GTM) operations. This team ensures the platform, processes, and data empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to work efficiently and effectively. Partnering across departments, the Salesforce Support Team enhances system performance, data integrity, and automation; Delivering the tools and insights needed to help Lexipol achieve predictable, scalable growth. What This Role Will Do The Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) Analyst plays a key role within the Salesforce Support Team, serving as the operational link between GTM leadership and the Salesforce technical organization. This role focuses on optimizing Salesforce processes, automation, and reporting to strengthen forecasting, pipeline visibility, and operational alignment. The Rev Ops Analyst partners closely with the Senior Director of Internal Software/Salesforce for systems strategy and execution while maintaining a dotted line relationship to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to ensure alignment with sales strategy and revenue goals.
