We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to support our Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams, based hybrid in our West Midtown, Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is excited about data, operational excellence, and enabling go-to-market teams to work more efficiently and make smarter decisions. In this role, you will work across the organization to ensure CRM hygiene, support opportunity management, maintain key reporting and dashboards, and assist with pricing tools and sales enablement materials. You’ll also help analyze sales and marketing metrics to uncover trends and insights that drive growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field — or equivalent experience or relevant experience in Revenue Operations in practice.
  • Comfort commuting to the Atlanta office three days a week.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce (academic, internship, or professional exposure).
  • Comfortable working in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven work style.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related analytical function.
  • Experience building dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Experience with project management tools and workflows in Jira or similar tools
  • Demonstrated interest in or experience using AI tools for analysis, automation, or reporting.
  • Exposure to pricing models or financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market KPIs across the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

  • CRM & Data Management
  • Maintain data accuracy and cleanliness in Salesforce (and related RevOps tools).
  • Monitor opportunity management processes to ensure consistent pipeline hygiene and data quality.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.
  • Analyze sales funnel, marketing performance, and customer metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline analytics.
  • Operational Support
  • Create and update Excel-based pricing tools, ROI/value calculators, and models.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including documentation, playbooks, and customer-facing decks.
  • Partner with RevOps leadership to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a key resource for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for reporting and operational needs.
  • Support ad hoc analytics requests across go-to-market functions.
