About The Position
The role involves the maintenance and extension of the new parts master across all plants, including the management of HSN numbers and GST rates. Responsibilities include pricing new parts with the correct MPG factor, maintaining alternate parts master in SAP, GATP, and DMS, and managing obsolete parts in SAP, DMS, and E-Catalogues. The position also entails ownership of the E-Catalogue, handling parts info queries from the field, and making MOQ/MPQ decisions for both dealers and bazaar sales. Additionally, the role requires the release of ECN change bulletins for serviceable parts in coordination with R&D, creation of KIT BOMs with pricing and HSN code settings, and forecasting new model parts for inventory planning. The position includes Darpan implementation and training across the dealer channel, registration of commercial orders through DMS/manual processes, and balancing orders through DMS with auto replenishment based on workshop consumption. The candidate will also be responsible for providing forecast and seasonal advance inputs during SandOP meetings, managing credit and bank guarantee assurance, and capturing competitive initiatives to review and devise parts pricing actions.
