About The Position

We are seeking a Revenue Manager who enjoys turning data into strategy and strategy into results. In this role, you will partner closely with the General Manager, Sales leaders, and property teams to analyze demand, guide pricing strategy, and identify opportunities that maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both analytics and influence —someone who can dive deep into the numbers while also collaborating with leaders to drive thoughtful, data-informed decisions. What You’ll Do As Revenue Manager, you will serve as a key strategic partner for the property, helping ensure the hotel’s revenue performance stays strong in a dynamic market. Key responsibilities include: Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive positioning to optimize room and function space revenue. Develop and maintain accurate revenue, demand, and occupancy forecasts across short-term, mid-term, and long-range timelines. Partner with hotel leadership and sales teams to refine pricing strategies, segment mix, and sales tactics that maximize performance. Conduct regular sales strategy reviews and performance critiques to identify growth opportunities. Build and manage revenue budgets across transient, group, and catering segments . Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for hotel leadership. Monitor results and communicate performance trends, achievements, and opportunities to key stakeholders. Support Marriott and PCH brand initiatives through market analysis, reporting, and strategic alignment. Foster strong working relationships with property leaders, market sales teams, and ownership partners. Help cultivate a collaborative team environment through coaching, training, and engagement. Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in hotel revenue management, pricing strategy, or demand forecasting
  • Familiarity with hotel revenue systems and reporting tools, including certification in One Yield .
