About The Position

The Revenue Manager will report directly into our VP of Finance Operations and be detail oriented, have a strong understanding of best practices in revenue and billing processes and and be able to independently manage a team through a process ensuring both accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Revenue Cycle Management / Billing experience
• Srong understanding of billing and financial processes and the impact to general ledger.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Accounting or Finance preferred
• Advanced Excel (including complex formulas and query)

Responsibilities

• Understand the full revenue cycle of brands – from contract signing, billing effective date, rates and terms, onboarding to revenue system, billing calendar and ongoing maintenance.
• Responsible for directing and overseeing the daily/weekly/monthly proceses surrounding revenue and billing for 6 brands by the staff accounting team.
• Review support files (many of which are enhanced financial models) for billing of revenue and ensure accuracy and integrity of data before completion of cycle.
• Drive customer satisfaction / trust with franchisees as a part of all billing processes.
• Work closely with VP of Financial Operations and Brand Operations team on implementing changes to contract terms, system improvements and other potential items impacting revenue process and billing.
• Continue to improve on existing processes to maintain appropriate internal controls, accuracy of information and overall efficiency.
• Responsible for all aspects of A/R process – ensuring timely collections of failed payments, outstanding payment plans, review of franchisee discrepancies and preventing growth in A/R balance.
• Assist in developing dashboard for timely reporting of A/R to VP and Senior Management
• Other duties as assigned
