About The Position
BayCare is looking for its next Revenue Management Analyst! What You'll Do in This Role Perform general revenue management duties in Reimbursement, Financial Analysis, General Accounting, and Decision Support. Analyze and interpret financial data to support revenue strategies. Prepare reports and documentation for reimbursement and accounting processes. Assist with variance analysis and identify opportunities for revenue optimization. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and decision support initiatives. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare finance or reimbursement.
- Familiarity with decision support systems and financial modeling.
