This role is responsible for driving tactical revenue growth across key resort markets through data-driven pricing decisions, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The position blends analytical rigor with leadership and communication skills to optimize pricing, inventory, and promotional effectiveness across multiple revenue channels.

  • Analyze and make proper revenue management pricing and utilization decisions for key resort markets.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Revenue Management developing pricing strategies for different space types and revenue channels to maximize margin using market knowledge, company goals, and revenue management concepts.
  • Evaluate promotion performance and produce post-promotional analysis for cross department write-ups.
  • Create and maintain accurate revenue reports.
  • Analyze and develop action plans in response to changes in economic trends for assigned markets.
  • Perform ongoing market analysis of pricing and demand trends and perform necessary pricing adjustments.
  • Identify new ways to optimize inventory through different channels and promotional materials.
  • Support analysts and coordinators by sharing knowledge, offering helpful tips, and being a go-to resource when they need guidance.
  • Serve as a liaison between member service agents and RM and assist with system flags and bookings.
  • Create briefing materials for Member Services.
  • Attend staff meetings to monitor the progress of active projects, answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Share updates with leader and let other leaders know when something needs extra help or attention.
  • Bachelor level degree or 5+ years of Revenue Management experience in the travel industry.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, market analysis, or a related field.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Comfortable working with data to support decision-making and contribute to team goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with MS Access is a plus).
  • Able to sit, stand, walk, write, type, and operate a computer and other standard office equipment.
  • Enjoys sharing ideas, asking questions, and explaining findings in a way others can understand.
  • Works well across departments, especially with revenue managers, customer service, and member service teams.
  • Takes responsibility for outcomes, follows through on tasks, and proactively seeks ways to improve processes.
