In this role, you’ll lead revenue integrity consulting projects, guide clients through operational transformation, and ensure the delivery of measurable financial outcomes. Position Summary We are seeking a Manager to lead client engagements focused on Revenue Integrity, charge capture, charge reconciliation, and Epic EHR optimization. The Manager will leverage a data-driven approach to evaluate the full spectrum of a client’s revenue integrity operations — identifying trends, benchmarking performance, and isolating root causes of revenue leakage or inefficiency. Using these insights, the Manager will design and oversee implementation of comprehensive recommendations that may address people, process, and technology improvements. This may include redefining governance structures, enhancing staff roles and training, streamlining charge workflows, or optimizing Epic system functionality. The Manager will ensure that recommendations are both strategic and practical, aligning operational execution with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes across both hospital and professional charging environments.
