As a Revenue Integrity & Automation Intern at arrivia, you won’t just be
crunching numbers—you’ll be a detective and an architect. You will work with
real-world financial and transactional data to identify revenue gaps, build
automated reporting, and help us integrate the next generation of AI-driven
insights.

At arrivia, we are redefining travel-tech. This isn't a shadowing role; it is a
hands-on opportunity to see the full transaction lifecycle. You will use modern
tools to drive efficiency from the initial booking all the way through to final
accounting.

Requirements

• Current Student: Pursuing a degree in Business Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Data Foundations: You have a working knowledge of SQL and feel comfortable querying data.
• Future-Focused: You have a genuine interest in AI tools, data automation, or machine learning and want to see how they apply to business.
• Detail Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and a passion for solving complex problems.
• Strong Communicator: You can translate technical data into clear recommendations for your team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Detective Work: Dive into transactional data across all our products to ensure every dollar is captured accurately and identify where "revenue leakage" might be hiding.
• AI & Automation Exploration: Help us move past manual workflows. You’ll explore opportunities to leverage AI tools and data automation techniques to streamline recurring tasks and improve how we make decisions.
• Pattern Recognition: Use AI-assisted analysis to spot trends, anomalies, and discrepancies within large, complex datasets that others might miss.
• Visual Storytelling: Build functional dashboards and reporting in Power BI to present your findings in a way that is compelling and easy for leadership to act on.
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps in our current systems and propose automated solutions that drive operational excellence.
