About The Position

Under the supervision of the EWA/MT Director of Revenue Integrity, this position works closely with department Managers/Directors to develop, implement, and evaluate business processes associated with charge capture and revenue monitoring, ensuring account and claim information contains comprehensive and accurate data to provide for compliant, timely billing and optimal reimbursement for services. Responsible for leading, coordinating, and implementing PSJH Charge Description Master (CDM) updates and changes, and charge capture initiatives and processes to ensure revenue management and protection. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration or related field or equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree requirement.
  • Epic experience
  • 3 years of Hospital work experience.
  • Advanced experience using spreadsheets.
  • Background in hospital and practitioner billing procedures.
