About The Position

We’re looking for a full-time Revenue Enablement Manager to join our Customer Success team, reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement. This role is a remote role based in the United States of America. In this role, you’ll play a key role in accelerating revenue growth and productivity by developing, managing, and delivering training, content, and tools for both Sales and Customer Success teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in communication, instructional design, and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience), required.
  • Proven experience in a revenue enablement, sales enablement, or training role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sales or customer success enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle).
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs, including new-hire onboarding and ongoing education for the entire go-to-market team.
  • Manage and maintain a library of sales and customer success content and resources to ensure teams have what they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant learning modules.
  • Analyze performance data to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement for both sales and customer success.
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs for product launches, new messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and report on key outcomes to leadership.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to understand enablement priorities and align on a strategic roadmap.
