The Sales Enablement Manager will focus on programs, projects, resources and technology aimed at enhancing the efficiency and overall productivity of the Global Sales and other revenue-focused organizations. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, this role will be responsible for supporting our go-to-market strategy and field implementation. Working closely with RevTech teams, this role will also be responsible for driving technology support and adoption as we continue to scale globally. Collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, and other cross-functional teams, this role will conduct needs analyses and propose solutions to address gaps and opportunities for continuous development. Additionally, this position will support internal governance, process improvement, and change management activities in line with our expanding business, utilizing data-driven insights to drive decision-making and achieve optimal results.
