About The Position

As a Domain Curriculum Architect – Sales Leadership Development, you will be the architect and strategist behind transformative learning programs that elevate our global sales leadership capabilities. You’ll design and deliver scalable learning experiences that empower frontline managers, directors, and executives to lead with confidence, coach for performance, and drive business outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of sales strategy, leadership development, and enablement innovation—creating programs that build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous growth. Sales leaders shape culture, drive revenue, and define organizational success. Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales leadership, revenue enablement, or go-to-market strategy with a proven record of building scalable leadership programs.
  • Deep experience in instructional design and adult learning, including large-scale program architecture and reinforcement strategy.
  • Expertise with tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia/Adobe Premiere, Snagit, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Azure/SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and emerging AI-enhanced learning technologies.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, global projects and driving measurable results in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Leverage technology, AI-driven insights, and modern learning platforms to deliver scalable, personalized, and measurable development experiences.
  • Define success metrics, analyze learning outcomes, and use data to optimize program effectiveness and adoption.
