About The Position

As a Domain Curriculum Architect – Product, you will be the driving force behind how our sales organization learns, internalizes, and communicates product value. You’ll translate complex product strategies into clear, compelling, and actionable enablement experiences that empower sales teams to position our solutions with confidence and impact. This role is ideal for a sales enablement leader who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and revenue strategy—someone who can connect the dots between product innovation and commercial execution. You will act as a cross-functional ambassador, ensuring alignment between product strategy, messaging, and the real-world needs of our customer-facing teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, revenue enablement, or go-to-market strategy, with a strong record of developing scalable product enablement programs.
  • Proven expertise in cross-functional leadership—influencing across Product, Marketing, and Sales to achieve shared business outcomes.
  • Deep experience in instructional design, curriculum architecture, and adult learning principles.
  • Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia/Adobe Premiere, Snagit, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Azure/SharePoint.
  • Strong familiarity with LMS platforms and emerging AI-enhanced learning technologies.
  • Exceptional project and program management skills, capable of driving large-scale initiatives in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect enablement outcomes to business performance.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

  • Design and deliver scalable product enablement programs that enhance product fluency, differentiation, and commercial acumen across the sales organization.
  • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to translate product vision into impactful learning journeys that drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure product learning is tightly integrated with go-to-market initiatives and tailored to the buyer journey.
  • Utilize modern learning tools, AI-driven personalization, and digital platforms to deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences.
  • Serve as the voice of the field within product and marketing teams, ensuring enablement priorities reflect seller needs and customer insights.
  • Use data and feedback loops to assess learning effectiveness, inform iteration, and demonstrate business impact.
