About The Position

As a Domain Curriculum Architect – Methodology & Skills, you will be the strategic architect behind the sales practices, methodologies, and core selling capabilities that define how our teams win. You’ll shape and evolve the frameworks that drive consistency, predictability, and excellence across every stage of the sales process. This role is ideal for an enablement leader who deeply understands how high-performing sales organizations operate—from prospecting to negotiation—and who knows how to embed those practices into scalable learning, technology, and coaching experiences that create measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or go-to-market strategy, with a focus on scalable methodology and capability development.
  • Proven success in building and operationalizing sales methodologies that integrate with CRM, process design, and sales motion enablement.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales practices (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling, Value Selling).
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning, with a track record of creating reinforcement-driven programs that change seller behavior.
  • Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia/Adobe Premiere, Snagit, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Azure/SharePoint.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning systems, and AI-enhanced learning solutions.
  • Strong project and program management skills within global, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on measuring learning effectiveness and performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive, global sales methodology and skills curriculum that drives consistent execution across all sales roles.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Operations to embed methodologies into sales process, tools, and technology.
  • Continuously assess emerging selling trends, competitive practices, and market dynamics to ensure methodologies remain modern, practical, and relevant.
  • Create learning journeys that balance conceptual methodology with hands-on skill development and field application.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to refine content, increase adoption, and drive behavioral change.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for sales methodology—coaching teams and leaders on best practices and implementation.
